Radium Belts
With an aim to prevent harm caused to both animals and humans radium belts were made for around 100 animals in 2018-19. For cows, the radium belt were worn on their horns and for dogs on their necks. At night the radium shines and prevents accidents between animals and humans.
Treatment of skin diseases
Every year members of our team organize a day for the treatment of stray dogs suffering from skin diseases. The disease is known as kharajwa where the hair on their skin falls off and the skin becomes itchy . The dogs are given Ivermetin tablet for the treatment of this disease. Every year around 500-600 dogs are treated of this disease by volunteers of Sarthak Foundation.
Arrangement of vessels for food and water
Sarthak Foundation has arranged 450 Heavy vessels of 50 litre capacity for drinking water of animals. Sarthak Foundation has also made arrangement of food vessels.
